Product overview

One CloudLens experience with provider-specific cloud intelligence

CloudLens gives customers a single command centre for multi-cloud visibility while keeping each provider model separate. AWS, Azure, OCI and Huawei Cloud each use their own terminology, onboarding flow, resource model, cost data and recommendation logic.

The platform is advisory and read-only. It scans cloud accounts, analyses cost, security, monitoring and inventory data, then presents prioritised recommendations, executive reports and practical remediation guidance for the customer to approve and execute.

Cloud providers

Provider-specific discovery without mixing cloud terminology

OR

Oracle Cloud Infrastructure

Tenancies, compartments, compute, block volumes, object storage, NSGs, security lists, load balancers, databases, vault and usage intelligence.

CloudLens capabilities

A practical cloud intelligence command centre

  • Cost intelligence across commitments, idle compute, storage lifecycle, snapshots, NAT, public IPs and cloud waste trends
  • Security posture checks for open ingress, public storage, weak IAM, old keys, missing encryption and backup gaps
  • Monitoring visibility for core compute, database and cloud health without requiring customer-side agents
  • Searchable provider-separated inventory across compute, storage, network, database, identity, load balancing and serverless resources
  • Prioritised recommendation queue with quick wins, risk items, savings impact, command guidance and executive summaries
  • CloudLens AI answers using scanned tenant data without inventing resources or exposing internal account identifiers
  • Executive and risk reports with CloudLens and Cloudwrxs branding, charts, top recommendations, security score and savings by account
  • AWS Marketplace SaaS readiness including fulfillment, tenant onboarding, plan limits, metering and admin notifications
CloudLens control library

Security and cost findings even when native security services are not enabled

  • Read-only and advisory by design: CloudLens does not stop, delete, resize or modify resources
  • Own control library for baseline multi-cloud checks without depending only on Security Hub, Defender or Cloud Guard
  • Provider-native services enrich the score when available, but are not required for baseline value
  • Tenant, user, cloud connection, scan and report data is separated by tenant
  • Customer screens resolve account names and hide internal account IDs where appropriate
  • Checks include identity posture, excessive permissions, public exposure, encryption, backups, logging and monitoring gaps
How it works

From onboarding to executive-ready cloud recommendations

1
Connect

Customers onboard cloud accounts using provider-specific read-only credentials or an AWS Marketplace SaaS fulfillment flow.

2
Scan

CloudLens collects resource, cost, security, monitoring and inventory signals without agents or customer resource changes.

3
Analyse

The control library and provider adapters generate cost, risk, monitoring and operational recommendations.

4
Report

Teams review dashboards, executive reports, recommendation queues and CloudLens AI answers before taking action.

Plans and onboarding

Simple routes for AWS Marketplace and direct customers

Starter

Initial multi-cloud visibility for a focused environment, with read-only discovery, baseline checks, recommendations and executive reporting.

Growth

Expanded coverage for larger estates, more accounts and subscriptions, deeper reports and team workflows.

Enterprise

Designed for complex multi-cloud organisations requiring broader coverage, governance views, enhanced controls and support alignment.

AWS Marketplace SaaS

Supports fulfillment, tenant registration, temporary-password invite emails, subscription entitlement checks, usage dimensions, plan limits and admin notifications.

Frequently asked questions

Questions buyers usually ask about CloudLens

Does CloudLens modify cloud resources?

No. CloudLens is advisory and read-only. It scans, analyses and recommends actions, but it does not stop, delete, resize or change customer resources.

Where does CloudLens run?

CloudLens runs as a Cloudwrxs SaaS control plane on AWS while scanning customer AWS, Azure, OCI and Huawei Cloud estates through provider-specific read-only credentials.

Can customers use CloudLens without native security services?

Yes. CloudLens has its own control library. Native services such as Security Hub, GuardDuty, Defender or Cloud Guard improve context when enabled, but are not required for baseline findings.

How is customer data separated?

CloudLens stores tenant, user, cloud connection, scan and report data with tenant isolation. The UI and APIs resolve account names and avoid exposing internal account numbers where appropriate.

Which clouds are supported?

CloudLens is designed for AWS, Microsoft Azure, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure and Huawei Cloud, with provider-specific discovery and recommendation language for each cloud.
