The senior management team wanted a cloud first operating model delivered that could not only better support their 30+ separate group companies, 4000+ retail outlets and 1200+ different brands; But also to enable an increasingly aggressive, acquisition-based growth strategy. The ability to deliver M&A synergies and cost reduction at pace was critical.
