CHALLENGE
A long history of uncoordinated and disparate IT strategies had created a set of complex and poorly understood global IT ecosystems. The new senior management team needed insights and recommendations on how to align IT with their critical business goals, whilst at the same time reducing overall IT spend.
SOLUTION
Thunderstone partnered with cloudwrxs to:
- Perform a rapid global infrastructure Discovery across multiple locations, languages and time zones: NAM, EMEA and Asia.
- Create a detailed Total Cost of Ownership model of large ticket items.
- Recommendations on ideal cloud migration strategies of critical path infrastructure.
